We’re required by law to carry out Anti-Money Laundering checks on all buyers when an offer is accepted.
How do I complete my checks?
Once all buyers have made payment. You’ll be able to complete the checks in your Street portal.
You’ll be guided through what you need to do, and what documents you’ll need.
What happens after I’ve done my checks?
Once you’ve completed your checks, your information will be checked by our compliance team – this is a normal procedure which we’re required by law to complete.
If you pass your Anti-Money Laundering checks, there’s nothing more for you to do. If we need any further information, we’ll contact you as soon as possible.
