Q: What happens next?

Your dedicated valuer will be in touch via WhatsApp or phone to introduce themself. From there, they'll start preparing for your valuation, looking at potential comparable properties and researching anything else that may be relevant to conduct an accurate valuation.

Q: What can I expect during my valuation meeting?

At Bayzos, we aim to provide every homeowner with honest advice, local expertise and a clear plan for moving forward. Your dedicated valuer will sit down with you to understand your needs, explain how Bayzos works and what makes us different, and clearly go through the next steps. You'll also have the opportunity to ask any questions.After your meeting, your valuer will send you a personalised proposal by 5:30pm the following day, including a valuation range and a recommended marketing strategy for your property.

Q: How long does a valuation take?

Most valuations take around 1 hour. This gives us enough time to talk to you about your needs, explore your property, and answer any questions you may have. You'll then receive a valuation report by 5.30pm the next day with a valuation range and a recommended marketing strategy for your property.
