MARKETING AGREEMENT – AGENCY TERMS – TERMS OF USE PAYMENT
You will be liable to pay our fixed-fee, in addition to any other costs or charges agreed, if at any time contracts for the sale of the property are exchanged with a purchaser – introduced to you by Bayzos Estate Agents Ltd during our agency period, or any persons with whom we have had negotiations about your property. Our fees are due on completion or four weeks after Exchange of Contracts – whichever is sooner. Our fixed and non-percentage-based fee is £2340 including VAT. All of our services including our marketing appraisal, erection of the for sale and sold boards, viewing appointments and sales negotiation are all included within our fee.
We believe in no upfront costs, however we do incur professional photography and floor plan expenses at the point of your booking being made. Should you wish to withdraw your property from the market, you will be liable for a charge of £200 + VAT (£240) titled ‘Marketing Fee’.
Once this fee has been paid, all copyright and ownership of images will then be transferred to yourselves for your own personal or commercial use. Should we remarket the related property, this existing marketing fee will be removed from your final fee.
This is a marketing cost that we pay upfront to our external partners. This is not a withdrawal fee.
